• Access all of your outstanding premium invoices online. This feature allows you to review and pay your premiums online.
• You (the insured) receive an e-mail confirmation when the payment has been reviewed and approved by an Amerisafe Audit Specialist.

ACCESS YOUR MONTHLY REPORTING FORMS ONLINE

• Access your monthly reports online. This reporting form automatically self-calculates; you enter the payroll information and the rest is done for you.
• You (the insured) receive an e-mail confirmation when the report is reviewed and approved by an Amerisafe Audit Specialist.
• You (the insured) have the ability to view, online, previously submitted reports throughout your current policy period.

AMERISAFE AUDIT PROFESSIONALS:

As your policy expires, an Amerisafe Auditor will contact you to set up an appointment for the Policy Final Audit Review. When required, the Amerisafe Field Auditor will meet you at your business and review the necessary paperwork to complete the Final Audit.*.

MONTHLY REPORTING:

Amerisafe specializes in Workers' Compensation for hazardous industries. These industries have fluctuations in payroll due to peaks and valleys in their business cycles, including seasonal work. Amerisafe understands these fluctuations and has adopted monthly reporting as our method of payment. With monthly reporting, you pay the actual premium due based on the payroll for the month - this eliminates the need for estimates, which can result in a less-traumatic final audit.
